www.oonina.com
April 10, 2008Lots of people are caught up looking for the domain www.oonina.com. This site is another version of the XOXO adult portal site spammers, and chances are good you don't want to go there. We've seen dozens of domains point to sites by these folks, and they all look the same. Given how these domains get spammed out in various manners, we seriously doubt they are legit. Avoid and delete the email/msg/comment that sent you looking for the domain.

help4freedom.com
April 8, 2008In these days of high debts, defaulting loans, and very little economic growth for us common folks, it's no wonder that sites like help4freedom.com show up frequently on search trends lists. This one appears to be a portal for debt consolidators who want to help folks work on their debt load and improve financial situations. We don't know enough about these sorts of sites to offer any recommendation about its usage, so proceed with caution and be sure to double check any claims the site makes before entering any information. Be very wary of any site, even legit ones, that request your bank account, credit card, or social security numbers.
jim.lanton@irs.gov
April 8, 2008Folks looking for information about IRS fraud are searching (for some reason) for the email addy jim.lanton@irs.gov. Not sure what Mr. Lanton did to be 'lucky' (heh) enough to get his email on the search trends lists, but you can bet he's getting lots of junk mail this afternoon.
www.claimyourcash.org
April 8, 2008Residents of Washington state are driving www.claimyourcash.org high up on the search trends lists. This is a legit outlet for checking to see if you have any unclaimed cash out there. These will often be things like old, closed bank accounts you've forgotten, rebates and refunds that never got delivered, or even money left from wills that hasn't gotten to you yet. Give it a shot if you are in WA!
www.ccmarina dot com
April 8, 2008With the warmer weather and folks looking forward to a late spring and summer season of outdoors and family fun, it's no wonder that www.ccmarina dot com is hitting the search trends lists. I know the boat and marina folks around our area have been getting spring sales together, trying to sell a few watersports heavy weights during what has become a very poor economy.
